"Pringles Can Man" Project

Our class recently participated in a home project for a unit of study we completed during Black History Month. Focusing on famous African-American scientists and inventors, students chose a person to research and report on, and created a puppet using a pringles can to resemble them. Look below at the final products. They were AMAZING! Our students are so creative!

GUMDROP GEOMETRY

We have been studying three dimensional figures in Math this week. Creative, hands-on interaction is one of the best ways for students to grasp concepts and commit their learning to life long application. Mrs. Stafford and Mrs. Anthony are always amazed at the light bulbs...shining BRIGHTLY in our classroom! Check out the figures and structures that were created individually and in groups.
