After an incredible year and AMAZING TAKS test results, we HAD to celebrate. What better way than to have a camp out?! But not just ANY camp out...a "Camp Read-A-Lot" camp out! Our class came equipped and comfy in their pj's; with sleeping bags, favorite books, flashlights, sleeping bags, and pillows. We spent the day reading our favorite stories by the flicker of flashlights and glow-in-the-dark bracelets , playing camp games, singing camp songs, eating smores, and listening to Mrs. Anthony read some of her "favorite" books! Our campsite creation with tents and forest-filled critters provided a perfect retreat for a day full of books and fun!
